Welcome to the site that is dedicated to one of my favorite (and more expensive) hobbies.

RifterAD's 2001 BMW 3-Series

You can see the list of modifications (and future mods) at the bottom.

So far, I have managed to do all of my current mods without really damaging anything. I plan to do about 90% of all my modifications when it's all said and done (I sure as heck will not put on the tint or paint it).

My main goal is to get the most out of my car with minimal assistance. It's my first time working on a car, so I have a huge learning curve ahead of me.

My aim is to make it stand out, but only ever so slightly so that it looks relatively stock to the average non car enthusiast.

Due to costs and the fact that it's my daily driver, things have been relatively slow going...but after a year, this where I am currently at (as of Dec 2006).

My Current Mods:

My biggest modification to date is my CarPC (or carputer):

By having a computer in place of my stock stereo, I now have nearly limitless options when it comes to In Car Entertainment (ICE). I have access to my entire MP3 and video libraries, GPS Navigation, DVD movies, full internet/WiFi access (when near a wireless access spot), and XM/FM Radio.
