1967 Mustang Coupe
The following is a work-in-progress and depicts 22 years of classic Mustang ownership. Some of the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

Exterior - Nightmist Blue, rocker panel moldings, turn signal hood (not stock)
Interior - Standard Two tone blue

Drivetrain
302 cid (originally 289) w/ mild cam, holley 2v, Cyclone long tube headers w/ dual exhaust, C4 auto trans, 2.79:1 ratio rear end (great for cruising but not doing me any favors at the stop lights)

Suspension
Front - 620lb 1" drop coils, Street or Track adjustable strut rods, 1" sway bar, KYB shocks
Rear - 4.5 Mideye leaf springs, KYB shocks

A Brief History
1987 - I purchased this, my first car, at a used car dealer (Fraser's Auto Sales on Aurora Avenue) in Seattle, WA during Spring Break.

1988 - Fresh out of the paintbooth in a slightly modified Nightmist Blue.

1 Week later - Ouch!!! It literally only took me one week to destroy that new paint job. What can I say, I was only 17 and still had a lot to learn.

2 Months later - Back on the road again after a fresh engine rebuild and a trip to the Wild West Mustang Ranch in Woodinville, WA for some original sheetmetal.

1990-1997 - I took a brief hiatus from the restoration as I finished college and tried to find myself in the "real world".

1998 - Installed new floor pans
For spending 30-some odd years outside in the Seattle climate, I didn't think this was too bad:

But, it had to go.

2003 - Front Suspension Mod
My intent was just to upgrade the suspension, but I couldn't leave 35 years of dirt and grime on there.

2007 - 3 Point Seat Belts
Under advisement from several members of the VMF, I went with a roofline shoulder harness install.

2008 - Monte Carlo Bar and Export Brace Install
This took a little patience and coercing due to some minor shock tower sag from the last 40 years.

2008 - New Wheels and Tires
After 21 years, I finally ditched the hub caps and went with a set of 16x8 (4.5" BS) American Racing Torque Thrust 2s.  Tire sizes; Front 225/50-16, Back 245/50-16.

 More to come...

Don't mind these pics. They are temporary.
