anouther update: This car has been SOLD! Nothing makes you feel like a failure as a consumer more than realizing, and actually accepting that you made a bad $70,000 purchase.
I will not own a car that must be braught to the Land Rover dealership every two weeks for the fixing of constant problems. I initially purchased the car because of the status associated with it, however now it simply has become unpractical.
It will definitly be replaced (I need the ground clearance of an SUV-I am not a focused enough driver to worry about protecting the bottom of my car from all of these damn curbs in Carmel), most likely with an Escalade.... It will be nice to have an SUV with a descent sized engine again.. 0-60 in 7.8
update:
I have never EVER had SO many problems with a car... EVER! I must take this car in every other week, nothing but problems, beginning with the air suspension bottoming out the day I braught it home, right to the POWER DOOR LOCKS THAT WON'T UNLOCK. I don't even know WHAT to do this time ... RR has to tow the car back to the dealership. Ridiculous. I'm considering replacing it with the new Escalade ESV when it comes out, thus the pull on my Porsche page.
This is my new toy.. Took the pics the day I braught it home down at the neighborhood park (I never understood why my grass isn't as green as it is at the park) Was going to go with black but decided silver was better.. Wouldn't show fine scratches as much. Also got the bi-xenon lights.
Thanks for looking, be sure to check out my 2001 M5.and brand new 2003 Porsche Twin Turbo
Oh right.. sorry bout the tiny pics.. Stupid camera was set on 360x252... I can't even believe they make that a setting.
