This is my new car. It is a 1994 Mazda MX-6 LS 2.5L V6 5speed and is loaded with all the options.

The car has been repainted this beautiful deep metallic red and is in remarkably great condition. The front seats are being reupholstered so that's why they're not in this interior pic.

My car will be getting many upgrades in the near future so check back and let me know what you think.

The brakes were looking kinda drab so my husband painted them to match the car. First they were sanded, primed, given a base coat of SVT gold caliper hi-heat paint followed by Metalcast red anodized finish paint. I think they look fantastic.

We also added a Ractive cone filter to replace the stock air box assembly. This is the plainest that this engine will look - in the very near future it will ooze sexiness.

We have a spare engine for my husband's car and my car (both have the same engine) so all of the external components off the extra engine are now being polished and painted in preparation for install onto this car. Here are some shots of the front valve cover halfway through its polishing.

Here are some updated pics of the valve covers and intake manifold elbow. The flash of the camera does absolutely no justice to the polish and reflection that is in these pieces.

I got a stainless steel bezel for the instrument cluster which was given a coat of Metalcast Red anodize finish.

Here are some updated pics of the progress of the polishing on the intake manifold. It is slow tedious work but so worth it in the end.

Very Nice! I'm considering buying one of these to replace my totaled Hyundai S-Coupe. Is your's the LS V6? Is it a pretty quick car?
