This is my 1981 Lincoln Continental Mark VI Signature Series: Givenchy. My dad bought it from our neighbor a few years back. It was originally a Florida car, so that means that there is no rust. I don't drive it in the rain or snow, and only put about 3-4 thousand miles, if that, on it a year. It is in immaculate shape with low mileage. It is all orignal except for the suspension and stereo.

Oh yeah, I also have a parts car that I am trying to part out. If you need anything let me know, and I'll see if I can help you out. I've posted a few pics on page 5.

About a year ago, I decided to turn this classic into a lowrider. Me and my dad did all the work ourselves on it, with the exception on the custom brackets to mount the airbags to, and the welding. I got to use my uncle's garage to do this whole project, which was nice cause my uncle has lift. Lift's are always nice to have when working on cars. Anyways....I wish that I had pictures of the process, but I don't, so deal with it. I have a good story to tell about it though.

I was a senior in high school and I managed to save up a little money. I decided to buy an air bag kit. I was looking around for deals and I bought one from some guy in Ohio off Ebay...maybe Ebay wasn't the best place too look, but the guy gave me, what I thought was a complete air bag setup, for a good price. I told him that I wanted a whole 1/2" setup. Well when the packages came in the mail, I was not pleased. He sent me all 3/8" stuff---lines, valves, fittings, etc.....

So I sent it all back and we worked it out, and I got my 1/2" stuff.

Anyways I got...
-> 8 of these 1/2" GC Xtreme 250 air valves.

-> 2 of these 8 Port 5 Gallon Air Tank

-> 2 of these Viair 450 Silver Compressors

-> 4 of these Firestone 1/2" Airbags

and a bag full of random fittings, some gauges, a switchbox and lots of 1/2" line. I began looking to see if I had recieved any brackets, and could not find any. I was fed up with the guy in Ohio, so I went to see my cousin's boyfriend Steve for some help. He has his own shop and went to school for metal fabricating, so he made me the necessary brackets to get the job rolling.
