Original Series II 3800

3800 Series II Supercharged

Installed - Full engine, transmission, and transaxles, w/ Intense custom PCM to run electronics, L67 swap kit from ZZP. Thrashercharged Cold Air Intake was added 2/21/07.

Adding the 3.4" S/C pulley

Wire loom kit install

Plugging the TB coolant holes and adding the TB spacer

I did a Dexcoolectomy on the car to get rid of the Dex that was destroying the LIM gaskets after ~70K. If you still have the stock LIM gaskets you might be want to change those out. They were replaced with the aluminum gaskets.

While everything was apart I did a full roller rocker 1.84 ratio install with new push rods to replace the stock 1.6s and stock pushrods.

Leaking CV boot change time

Thanks to the guys at www.pdxcgp.com for helping change the boot. What a gooey mess.

Added Exhaust racing headers with header wrap:
