I suppose the first step is pulling everything out right?
Here's the 5.0L on the engine stand, getting ready to be torn apart and have all the gaskets replaced (and the rear main seal / pilot bearing) and have GT-40 iron cylinder heads, and 1.7 roller rockers installed in the process.

Time to pull the weaksauce 4 banger out of the new coupe...
88hp of raging 4 banger nastiness...I think it had rod knock too ;-)
Convenient toolbench...
The 4 banger bay is ready to be stripped of all harnesses now, pressue washed, and repainted (color to be decided, I'm thinking black)

4 banger crap pile, this stuff hit a dumpster behind a nearby apartment complex about 2 hours after this photo :-)
How's that for a cherry interior?
Looks dirtier after I took the console out, years of spilled soda's in there, it was incredibly nasty pulling the shifter out :(
Luckily the other coupe has a nice brand new black carpet in it, so I'll be swapping that over as well.

Swapped the tailights off the other coupe, I prefer the LX lights to the `93 Cobra tailights that came on the white car, I'll be selling those on eBay.
