My car has all new tires installed about a few weeks ago. They're Goodyear Eagle GT-HR sizes 215/65/R15.

I also bought a new high definition gullwing steering wheel from Rob Louisell about a month ago. This wheel is made out of fiberglass and it has a light up horn button. I sold my old wheel to Rusty Robinson down in Jackson, TN who is also building a KITT replica.

Here's the new wheel.

Update for 8/8/07: Well, I got my car back from Rob Louisell's shop about 3 weeks ago. I took it to his shop for 2 reasons. One, I was going to Iran for 1 month to see my Mom's side of the family, and he's the only person I can trust to look after my car. The second reason, is because there was a little body work that had to be done. The hood had little white spots showing up close, so he had to sand off the entire hood and re-paint it. Also, the rear bumper was in need of re-painting because of 3 deep scratches, and while he got the rear bumper off for paint, he installed a new rear impact bar. I actually ordered this piece from 'Classic Industies' months ago, so he told me to bring it over and I'll install it for you. The original rear impact bar was rusted out due to aging. Now, my car looks much cleaner than before.

Update for 3/22/09:  I'm in the process of replacing some LED lights on my dash.  Sometimes when I turn the car on, a few of the lights went out.  Three of the yellow lights on the tachometer board where the bargraph rows are, are not working, and I think a transistor went out on KITT's voice display.  The dash is almost 6 years old, so maybe that's the reason.  Taking the dash out is not a big deal, and it's really simple if you organize of the wires and label them.  ;)

Wow. A lot of work such a conversion. Respect! I think it's a dream of the most 3rd Gen drivers. You did well and the paint is beautiful - shiny as hell ;)
