Hi Mycle, i know that and alternate engine is the rover v8 3.5/9 out of a landrover or rangerover will fit nicely with a bit of cutting. This is what im trying to fit at the moment. I bought and 18rg race engine from a freind it had previously been in a rally car, fitted with cams, high flow headers and webber carbs, unfortunately i couldnt find some of the parts to repair it so its just stood at the moment :( are parts available where you are? do you still have all the interior parts for your manta or are you leaving its stripped out?

Thanks for the comment and support mate, lovely manta looks like youve done a LOT of work on it! is that a Toyota 18RG engine youve fitted?
