Check out my latest project, 95 GT http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3156173
I found this beautiful Mustang sitting in a lot in Va. on the way to look at another 72 Mach. Needless to say, the 73 was the better deal of the two.

Most of the work has already been done, she just needs a few things here and there, replaced a valve cover gasket, fuel filter, and headlight switch.

The original engine was a 302 2bbl, but that has been swapped for a 429 big block. She runs like a scolded dog. I havnt had a chance to bring her to the track, its closed for the winter, but she runs side-by-side w/ my buddy's 69 Grande Coupe Mustang, and his runs 8.9-9.2 in the 1/8th. She needs a gear though, she's got a tall 2.79.1 gear, so with a 3.25 (Decided to go with a 3.55 gear instead) I'm hoping to run quite a bit faster than that.

She's got the standard interior, and rally style gauges, water temp, DC amps, oil pressure. Manual locks and windows. C6 automatic transmission with a trans cooler.

The original color of the car was a Med. Metalic Copper, that ugly paint was striped and covered w/ the orangeish-red that is on it now. The interior also used to be a "Ginger" color, that was covered up in black, not original colors, but once again still appropriate for that time period.
Original drive train was a 302 2bbl, and a C4 trans, w/ a 9" 2.79 rear end. The rear end is still the factory original, but as stated above the 302 was traded for a bit more healthier engine, the 429, and the little C4 traded for a C6 (C6 trans is good for 550 hp right out of the box) Building up a C4 now to handle the torque from the big block, red eagle clutches, kevlar bands, shift kit, stall converter, billet servo, 6 pinion planetary, hardened input shaft, and the list goes on, more about that when it goes in. (The C4's lighter weight and less recipriocating weight is supposed to be good for 50 hp, we'll see)
Put in the Hurst Pro Shifter 2, ratchet style shifter

Installed the MSD box and MSD Blaster Coil. No horsepower added, but she starts a whole lot easier and runs a whole lot smoother, much more efficient.

Just installed the last of the MSD ignition parts, full MSD now, 25 degrees advanced timing. She runs good.

Got some bigger tires on the rear, BFG Radial T/A 235-65-14
