    SWEET!!!!! Let me know how the motor does. I am gonna do the same I think when my trans or engine takes a crap on me. I'm worried about the wiring mostly. Good job man.

    i really cant say for sure. I did that together with a gazillion other upgrades so I have no way of knowing. I'm sure it doesnt hurt :))

    Thanks for the complement. I polished the valve cover myself. Didnt do a great job but still pretty good. I spent many many hours scrubbing and scraping and sanding it down. If you want to get a really good result take it to a shop and have them polish it to a mirror like finish. If it costs about $100 or so it will be worht it. Trust me it's a lot of work. As far as the engine and transmission I used a lot, a lot of carb cleaner, the cheap stuff from walmart. and a toothbrush. Then when it's real clean paint it with a ceramic paint. unless you polish everything it wont look super shiny but it will still look tidy.
