This is my 1998 S-10 Extended Cab. Since it's only a 4 cyl., I really focused on the interior and the stereo system. It has a two-tone interior, after-market stereo system with a custom hand-built sub box, Euro taillights and parking lights, neons, LED's, plus a lot of different things that make it my own. The two-tone interior is from a few junked trucks that I bought parts off of. It now has a gray and black interior with black and silver flame seat covers, Superman floor mats, and painted speaker covers. The colors look good, but they're not flashy enough to where they look stupid.
BEST PARTS OF MY TRUCK The stereo system (especially the custom sub box), the blue LED and neon lights, and the placement of the control panel for the underbody kit.
WORST PARTS OF MY TRUCK The 4 cylinder engine. I decided that I would either go for looks and sound, or engine performance, and since I ended up with a 4 cylinder engine, I went with looks and sound. Because of this engine problem, I am unable to put on an exhaust that actually sounds good. I had a Flowmaster on it at one time, and thats the worst idea Ive had so far.
THE THREE MAIN TOOLS FOR WORKING ON MY TRUCK Wrenches, crimps, and lots of beer.

INTERIOR
BLUE, BLUE, BLUE!! At night, my truck is all blue. My CD player, three neons, capacitor, amp, and both underbody kits (7 tubes) are all blue. I have 2 sound sensitive blue neons under the dash, so they are right above where the driver's and passenger's feet would go. I also have a larger blue neon behind my amp. Whenever my subs hit or when one of my doors closes, those three lights come on. I also have a 3' LED light under my sub box that looks awesome at night. My CD player, cap numbers, and amp lights are also blue, so at night my truck looks awesome. Probably the most unique thing about my truck would be the underbody kit control panel. It is where the lighter and ash tray should be. I am able to flip that tray down, and there it is. It was very simple to build and didn't take too much time. I also have two switches where the four-wheel drive switches would be if he truck was a four-wheel drive. One is for the remote wire going to the amp, and the other is for the three sound-sensitive neons inside the cab. I am actually running two underbody kits on my truck. The first is under my truck and is a seven-color LED kit, and the second one only has three of the four tubes hooked up to it, and it is a blue LED kit. The blue kit with the three tubes has two 4 tubes under the bedrails, and the third is a 3 tube hidden under the sub box.

STEREO SYSTEM-
I am on my third CD player, second set of speakers, second wiring kit, second capacitor, fourth amp, third box, third set of sub grills, and fourth set of subs. I dont abuse my system at all. I just keep slowly upgrading. Since I just put in a whole new system, I think Im done until I get another car.
Panasonic Head Unit with motorized faceplate, remote, and iPod ready
Audiobahn speakers that replace the factories (Two 4"x6" and Two 6.5")
4 gauge power and ground wire with a 100 amp fuse
Two 12" Audiobahn Flame Q Subs
JL Audio 500/1 Amplifier
Stinger 1 farad capacitor that looks like a nitrous bottle
Custom sub box that was made by me - this is a sealed box that can hold two 12" down firing subs. It's bolted to my truck so people can't steal it. It has hidden spaces for wires, terminal connections, and . It also holds a 3" blue LED tube by the subs. I had someone cut it for me, I carpeted it myself, and I also had someone freehand me some flames that are raised and carpeted on the sides of my box. This box took an extremely long time to build, but it came out perfect and exactly how I wanted it.

Thats it. When you live in Iowa, theres no point of messing with a 4 cylinder engine compartment. Even though its only a 4 cylinder, I keep it clean, so it looks all right. Nothing flashy, just clean.
