This car gets compliments wherever it goes and has been garaged and pampered.
This is my Dodge Intrepid SE. It is a 2001 with 80,000 highway miles. The engine is a 2.7 liter. The tires are Kuhmo 245/45z17 with Enkie 5 stars.
I started with a custom exhaust set up. It's a single into dual 3 inch pipe with two Three chamber Flowmasters and 2.5 inch chrome tips. The sound is a growl at idle and under heavy accel, is very deep and throaty.
I cut slots on each side of the bumper for the exhaust. The factory setup has only one slot on the drivers side.
The look is outstanding, yet not too much. It now has a very aggresive stance from the rear, which is where most cars view from!
Although, this has happened a few times!
I also made a custom high-flow intake tube utilizing the factory airbox and K&N Filter.
Thanks to a fellow Intrepid owner, i made the headlight switch automatic by disassembling and modifying. The switch works very well and is a nice luxury.
I de-badged the hood and doors. The hood emblem was relocated to the dashboard.
The door lettering was relocated the the upper jamb on the hood and trunk.
Also, I had custom Rams Head logos made and placed on the rear sail panels and engine bay.
Thanks to WalMart, I purchased these brand specific floormats. They are a heavy-duty rubber embossed with the Rams head logo.
Im proud of my car and I hope you like it as well. More modifications are coming, specifically, adding Chrysler 300m interior parts, and slotted/x-drilled rotors.
I am ALWAYS open to ideas, tips, and comments!
