This is my 2007 M45 Sport. Diamond Graphite with black leather interior. Advanced Technology package. Aerodynamic kit. Mods so far include tinted windows and an Element114 exhaust. I have an Injen cold air intake on the way...

Rear View. Notice the dual tips of the Element114 exhaust. Using a G-Tech Pro accelerometer before and after the exhaust mod, this added about 7 hp to the rear wheels, took .1 seconds off my 0-60 time, .2 seconds off my 1/4 mile time, and added 2 mph to my 1/4 mile trap speed. It also gives a very aggresive, but not overbearing sound to the otherwise luxury-whisper-quiet Infiniti 4.5L V-8 engine.
Here are pictures of the stock muffler (left photo) and the Element114 muffler (right photo).
Here's the middle section installed on the car (left photo). And on the right is a photo of of the stock middle section (top) compared with the Element114 middle section (bottom). I've had a few aftermarket exhausts over the years and this is by far the highest-quality setup I've owned. It also took less than 45 mintues to install at a local muffler shop. It bolted right on without any issues whatsoever.
The engine. 4.5-liter 32-valve DOHC V8. Low-friction molybdenum-coated pistons, microfinished camshafts, titanium intake and exhaust valves, and Continuously Variable Valve Timing Control System. 325 hp @ 6,400 rpm and 336 ft-lb @ 4,000 rpm (stock). I just added the Injen cold air intake system. I haven't tested the car yet to see what kind of gains it's given me, but it really improved throttle response and it sounds downright mean at wide open throttle.
Here's a closer view of the intake. This is the second Injen intake I've owned, and this one is built just as solid as the last. Install time was a little longer than I anticipated, but it went together very nicely. The filter sits behind the front bumper. The mud guard on the bottom of the car seems like it will do a good job of keeping rain, grit, or mud away from the filter.
