Well, My brother was supposed to have it my uncle found it in the newspaper in 2002 I believe and my brother fell in love with it so they bought it for 800 bux. It didnt look half as bad as it does now, don't ask me how thats just my brother (who is now 28 BTW) He messed around with it a little bit, after about a 8 monthes it just sat in the garage for a little bit then eventually got sucked in the abyss of junk in my garage. So about a year ago (July 2006) I was thinking man the times coming to where i need to start looking for a car then i went in my garage and started cleaning it all out pushed the car out and man it was BAD so i spent all my time from then working on it and now at this point it is getting ready (June of 07') to be restored.

Were ready for the build we dropped the slant out and trowing in a 360 or a 440 my brother moved back down here and promised me that we would have it ready for cruisin' the coast a huge car show along the mississippi gulf coast. So the project is reborn again. Ill be posting pictures and updates as it goes along.

Yeah bro, I got my paint from arl Schieb. They were o.k., I just wanted a quick coat to prevent more rust. But I am currently looking to get a better paint job in the future. Im trying to swap out my slant six too, but I dont know where to get a quality engine. Nothing fancy or race ready, just a 340 or 360 for cheap. Do you know where I should look for one?

Thanks Michael for checking out my page. Looks like a fine project you have there. I can't wait to see more. Good luck with her.

Would you like to sell it? I had the same vehicle as a kid and have been looking for your exact car for quite some time. Actually you have what is know as the Duster Sport. It was silver with stripes down the side of black, and maroon, with a maroon vinyl half top. Jim
