This is de-classified info regarding the B-2 Spirit. Designed by Chrysler engineers in the late '80s with cylinder head input from Lotus, the Turbo III engine was born. In stock form, it produces 224hp @ 6000rpm and 217ft-lbs @ 2800rpm. This is accomplished by using a 16 valve DOHC 2.2L engine force-fed by an intercooled Garrett turbo producing 11psi. Acceleration is aided by the A-568 Heavy Duty 5 speed manual transaxle. Performance is astounding as 0-60mph is accomplished in 5.5sec and the quarter mile is covered in 14.08 sec. Top speed is listed as 141mph. Given the mileage capability on the highway of 32mpg, the B-2 Spirit has a striking range of over 400 miles before having to refuel. With its Bright Silver Quartz exterior "camoflauge", the vehicle blends in, almost undetectable in traffic.
