OK then, different from the previous pages I 've done great progess in these weeks....
Im hoping that half way to October I should be ready for fiberglassing both quarter panels and making the molds of the widebody kit.

Part two of the panel flare, it needed to be more thicker

Just another base for that "so good" canned foam!!!!!

 And along came the foam.... pretty huh????

Its 4 inches wide and about 3 inches thick raw!

Top of the base off and trimmed the excess foam ...

From this point on its all sanding, just to make sure i get the
right shape....

 
Its a slow and painfull process but looking good!!!

Almost there, just some more detailing and sanding...

Well..... i guess this is the best its gonna look before fiberglassing,
Any other imperfections can be fixed on the f/g molds.

Last minute detailing before foiling....

Finally, the custom widebody left quarter panel is foiled and ready
for fiberglassing.

Now I gotta turn this right quarter panel to look just like the left side
