Once again, due to lack of time for working on this project, I've only done so much!
First, I finally decided on a design for the bottom part of the wide body quarter panel.
Yeah!!! thats a laser.... to get those lines nice a straight!
Starting the cardboard base for some canned foam
which is better for carving detailed parts of the body.
This is right after taking off the c/b base and trimmed
some of the excess foam.
Here trimmed some more and block sanded from here on.
I started the white particle foaming process on the other
quarter panel just to have it ready for some carving later on.
Back to the left quarter panel !
I layed a base with 1/2 inch white particle foam i found in a box
near my house... :D, and sprayed some of that canned foam.
Looks kinda messy right?
Starting the carving and getting some of that excess foam
to then start with the block sanding.
Still need some more work, and the bottom base bended a little in the
middle due to bad support when i put the white particle foam base.
