simple but very effective bracing
doors strapped with 1" x 1/8" flat bar shaped to door skin. very strong no sagging
this door stayed open this far for 2 weeks i tested it by slamming it. no sag = no problem
this is my little sub box
usually i can wire a box in about 10 min. but this one took an hour and 22 feet of wire
the day after it came home

I mannaged to scrape up a few more pics from before it was painted. turns out someone had a camera there
the power windows,door poppers and crossovers had to be wired,mounted and routed through the back of the doors
