- Welcome to my 1996 Honda Accord EX V6 (CE6) Project. I am building the 24-valve C27A4 CE6 and opening up the true potential of the potent V6 engine, with true gains, while keeping the modifications discreet and relatively stock looking in appearance. I Just added a custom racing flywheel and full custom exhaust system which was made from DC Sports and DNX performance parts. A custom super Hi-Flo Catalytic Converter was just installed and is good for around 5 Horses or more. The AEM Intake was also modified to fit my C27A4. My headers were a custom job as well, they were just ported and polished and bored out for much smoother operation and improved performance. The throttle body and manifold were cleaned, flushed out, and polished as well. I also finished the new red engine paint. I have also just custom lowered her 1.25" and installed custom-ground, one-of-a-kind pair of beefy racing cams (props to my dawg, Landon) and an MSD Igntition System have added much more noticable free-flowing, smooth, and healthy power and torque.

- I plan to dyno the car this summer once it is completed to get the best numbers, and I will scan and post them on this site. The current numbers are highly calculated estimations but should be quite accurate at this point due to a buddy's plug in performance reader. It has been unoffically rated at over 225 horsepower and an almost matching number of torque. Not to brag, but I am truly amazed at how many noticable, honest gains I have received from Project CE6.

- My EX V6 is handling silky smooth and has become a deep roaring, yet stealthy and very drivable in-town cruiser. A fun way to spend some spare time has unleashed dramatic improvements already. Project CE6 feels like a totally different car with significant overall power and torque gains, sprinting deftly to 60 mph in under 6 seconds while eating corners alive with a true, spririted precision. Overall, handling and steering response are lightning quick, yet very predictable and stable. Constant and meticulous modification has become a fun, sometimes difficult and intense build, this is a car almost a decade in the making hobby. Already smooth, albeit held back and restricted, the stock Honda CE6 came fully loaded with a rich leather interior, sunroof, wood dash kit, I just created a true, proven sport sedan, off of the heart of one of the most popular and reliable Honda cars as researched and planned. It has already been proven the C27A4 engine could be opened up to become an amazing, well-trained predator with the proper job. Strong and reborn into a true back road-shredding force to be reckoned with.

-There is no replacement for displacment and the torque increase (estimated at around 230-235 ft./lbs.) has yielded a non-chalant, dramatically improved one-of-a-kind Accord. 'Proj' roars proudly when revved as the silky smooth V6 rumbles with a deep, smooth, stealthy cruising tone and deep, powerful, sporty roar as you dip into the power-band. My custom fabricated full exhaust system parts, some made by my own hands, from idea to conception careful building, interest and research has and/or will prime out and improve Project CE6. The proverbial bar is set high and the quality of the work is optimal. Still getting roughly 19 mpg, the car dominates the streets with the unique custom, stealth tuned, low, deep, intimidating rumble of the exhaust that, as aforementioned, can change in the blink of the eyes to a free-spirited, merciless, all out, commanding roar with possible tire smoke, as it instantly charges foward, eager to run, yet laid back and refined at low-speed cruising and commuting. Always reliable, the CE6 makes 127 mph almost feel slow. I never imagined with a little time, creative research, and awesome connections, my Project and ideas could come become a of-a-kind reality. New pics coming very soon, thanks for stopping. Much more to come. It will be nice to be short-shifting 5-gears in the future. Check back soon!
