this is when we bought the car Oct.15,2006 the 283 before we did the cam and lifters then we chromed it out the car after i got it home tried some torque II but didnt fit because they were 17. before my son and i dropped the engine in. justed painted the engine area and the engine in, looks good! custom made the center gauges thinking of going two tone in the dash this is the car running on Nov.1,2006 the engine in and ready to roll, but the powerglide transmission was junk didnt get 2nd gear! found a 350 turbo built with a shift kit. it screams and it hits second hard!! the car after i put satin paint and got a steering wheel

Thanks for the info...my 62 is also a 4door..would love a 2door but the price was right on mine..and my two girls will appreciate the ease of their own back doors..you hit a home run with yours...looks great. My 6 year old checked yours out and she wants me to start on ours. She is looking foward to riding in it. Take care and thanks again for the info...5 stars to all first gen NOVA four doors(we got to keep em alive.)...

Hey there! Sweet Nova. Nice work looks good! When I put in a turbo 350 in my Nova it woke it up. Just put in a new engine. Check it out and let me know what you think.

thanks, the ralley wheels i had where 15X7 with 190/60R15 on front and 205/60R15 rear.i just got some american racing tourqe thrust II 17X8 rear and the front are going to be 16X7 (havent got fronts yet, soon) the car has been a blast, as for the conversion from 4 lug to 5 you might try classic industries you can find them on the internet and they have a catolog that you can get that has every thing for your nova. thanks again later good luck with your nova
