My Opel Omega when I first brought it home:
First thing to get changed were the Dashboard lights. From amber to red.
I replaced the grill with an aftermarket metal one, and replaced the discolored factory lights with Projection ones.

Where did you get the grille and projections?? Also, i just created a new group here on the Domain called Group Catera.
