My tiburon, is basically stock for now. I have some work done to the motor, as of right now i am running about 385 hp to the crank..here is how i got my information...I have completely stock internals, flywheel and transmission. So, I have the same drivetrain losses as a stock tib. Stock CHP is 171, stock WHP is 140 to 145. That's about a 16 to 18% loss. Say 17%. I am putting down 275 WHP. 275/0.83 = 331. But, I am also spinning an eaton M62 blower at 7"/2.75" x 6100 rpm = 15,500 rpm. Extrapolating from the data graphs on eaton's website, spinning an M62 at 15,500 rpm at around 14 psi is absorbing nearly 50 HP. In addition, I am overdriving the alternator and power steering pump by 16.6%, or maybe another 5 or so HP. That all adds up to a lot of crank HP: 331 + 50 + about 5 = around 385 crank HP.
