1977 K5 chevy blazer. 52" springs front and rear, 15.5" travel procomp es9000s shocks rear and same shocks 14.5" rear. 350 4bbl V8 and TH350 trans, originally had a 400ci back in the day, I'm not sure when it was swapped. Dual exhaust series 40 flowmasters. Hedman headers. 35"s BFG mud terrain tires. NP203 transfer case with partime kit. 14 bolt rear 4.56 govloc, open dana 44 front will be a d60 eventually. Bed and cab bedlinered with durabak. Got rid of the awooga horn the PO had in there and put in a 150+ db train air horn from seige engineering. I wanted onboard air so I figured I might as well get the horn as well. Got a uniden cb radio-great thing to have on the trail when theres others with cbs.

Did the quick release door hinge pin mod seen here:
http://coloradok5.com/doorhingepins.shtml
Is great! Except it is very hard to drill the hole into the pin. Easy fix: grind the tapered part of the pin flat then drill the hole, then its easy.

14bff:
Got 14bff 4.56 govloc from the pick n pull for about $150. Great condition, needed nothing except the conversion u joint obvioulsy. And of course a good coat of paint. Also found out one of my center pins was broken...

Installed ORD steering box brace

Crossover steering from WFO concepts

52" spring swap

Things I'm about to do:

64" springs in the rear with DIY4X shackle flip. Got the springs, ordered the flip...just waiting for everything to get here

Gonna fab up my own front bumper and eventually the rear too. Also gonna be VERY low budget. Gonna make the front big enough to be able to put my air compressor in there. Itll be similar to the old PG&E trucks.

Eventually I'll make my own twin stick for mp np203 like this http://www.holodeckdesigns.com/77GMC/203ts/203tsbuild.html

Eventually Ill do a shackle flip from ORD or DIY4x- $170

Dual battery setup like (I'll prob redo my whole air compressor/tank setup while I'm at it too):
