OK so I torn down the old 3.0VQ to see what 2years of spraying a motor with 165,000 miles on it lookd like.  Well there were no cracks in the block, heads was fine, no holes in the valves or pistons.  The headgaskets showed no signs of leaks or blow by.  The only thing I found was peices from my intake on top of the piston and trash in the rod bearings.  I was very happy for my new motor to see that the nitrous did not cause any damage but sad that I had a good motor that was takin out by a freak accident.

Well here are some pic's of the results

Well after alittle over a year of spraying a 100shot of nitrous and launching at 4-5000rpms I broke 2nd gear while banging the gears.  So I drained the fluid and chucks of 2nd gear and refilled it and drove like this till I saved up and found a tranny.  Well a week before the new tranny came in the mail the old tranny let go and locked up in 1st and blew 3 big holes in it.  I think either the diff pin fell out are a peice of gear locked everything up and something had to gave so it was the case.  Well here are some pic's to laugh about

I got some goodies in the mail and plan on adding some 2002-2003 front brakes, calipers and rotors to my car for better braking.  The 3inch piping is for my truck making custom headers and exhaust and the intake I will clean polish and sell

Thanks. I cant post threads on the org yet because I'm a newbie, But I actually finished it today and drove it. Everything was actually perfect. It's set at 10 pounds and it is just ridiculous. I had so much fun driving it today that I stayed out till 11:30 just driving around punching it on every straight away. The sound and raw acceleration are indescribable. I plan to make a video so people can see what I'm talking about.
