Gentlemen I present to you the 1987 Chrysler Fifth Avenue, usually referred to as "The Fifth". When I got it, the odometer read 16,000 ACTUAL miles.

The engine is a 318 with an Eddy intake and 600 CFM carb. Exhaust is a true dual system with Jegs long tube headers and Flowmaster 40s. It has an 8 1/4" axle with a Sure Grip unit and 2.94 gears.

The Fifth rides on stock 15" rims with spoke hubcaps. The tires are basic Pep Boys rubber, 215/70/R15. The exact measurement escapes me right now, but I'll figure it out soon. I know this isn't exactly the coolest wheel setup on the planet, but the hubcaps and tires are in perfectly good condition as they are. Paint is factory too, wrap your heads around that one!

Above is the first picture I ever took of the car, back in 2005. Note the gigantic light truck tires it was riding on back then. Sure, they looked mean, but they had a habit of tearing up the wheelwell trim whenever I took a hard turn.

Link to a youtube video of the Fifth doing doughnuts in the snow. Not particularly refined, but still entertaining.

Link to a video of the car idling and revving a little bit. It captures the idle noise nicely, but it revs a LOT better when driving.

did you have to shorten the driveshaft to fit in the new rear, i'm curious i found a 8 /14 in a junkyard of a lebaron wagon, will that fit with no mods?
