Sold March 22, 2008
1999 Chevy Prizm. My daily driver until the engine quit. 203,000 miles, jeweled gauges, velvet headliner, interior paint, and 17 inch rims. Going to miss this one!
1994 Chevy Silverado
My first truck. 4.3 vortec V6, base model. My dad bought this truck brand new in 94 just days before my 14th birthday. When it was just a couple days old, he took me out and taught me how to drive on the highway. I did a little bit of work to it, sound system, neons, flowmaster exhaust, alarm. It was fast as hell for a V6, staying nose to nose with Z28s, and GTs, and once, an SS on the interstate. I had this truck all through high school, and sold it in 03 with 260,000 miles on the original motor and tranny. Still running great to this day with around 300,000 miles on it I would think.
1994 Geo Prizm
My other first car. I drove this all the time for about 4 months before I got the red truck. We bought this one brand new as well. It was my grandmothers, so when she couldn't drive anymore, she gave it to me and I used it on a as-needed basis, since it was a pile of poop. lol 3speed automatic 4banger that boasted a pathetic 12 second 0 to 60, and 23 mpg.
I got rid of this finally 2 years ago, after it sat in my yard for a year since I got the gray truck and I never drove it.
1983 Camaro
I bought this car in 2000 for $675 to bring home and restore. I never really got the time to play with it much. All I ever did to it was get the engine running a little smoother, changed the rims to 80s firebird wheels, auxillary lights in the grille and cleaning the interior up. I wound up selling the car. The new guys wife wrecked her car pulling out of my driveway, and she had to be rushed to the hospital. The car never left my house untill 6 months later when the new owner sold it to my ex husband. Then a couple months later, a pine tree fell on it during a hurricane. I think that car was just straight up bad luck. lol
