I've owned this Boxster about a year and have done the following mods and maintenance, TPC Supercharger unit 5 lbs. of boost, short shifter and Auto Meter boost/Vacuum gauge. I use Mobile 1 synthetic oil (10 quarts by the way) filter, plugs, serpentine belt, Red Line synthetic transmission oil and fuel filter. Im sure I forgot some stuff. This car is a blast to drive, all work is done pretty much by me.
This is a picture of the car the other day after I had it detailed.

Here are a couple of pics of the blower during install. It took me about 30-40 honest hours to install this kit. If you have ever worked on one of these cars than you understand.

Have you had any issues with you supercharger. My Boxster is sitting in the garadge until I can fix it. I belive I blew a head gasket. Or at least I am hoping so. Don't you hate how TCP no longer offers support for the supercharger. They told me the reason was it was to much to manufacture and they were loosing money off it. I think that is bull. I am thinking going with rebuilt 2.5 liter with turbo pistons and everything else built up to hold boost from twin turbo setup or putting a 911 motor in it and building that up. There is also the option of a X51 swap but I would have to find someone who could do it on a 98. I sure as hell am not going to be able to figure out the electrical problems.

hi, Matt Very nice ride, good work on the supercharger. I have the same problem like croak1 so if you can send these manuals or just the wirings it will be great i am from Bulgaria (Europe) and those people from TPC wont help me.I can even pay for that information if nessasery. nircosi@yahoo.com Best regards Nick Dervishev
