my dad had purchased this HVAC control unit with the assumption that it would eliminate the flashing lights the old control unit was experimenting, immediately after replacing the battery for the caravan.
the new HVAC did not resolve the flashing light issues.
it was later i found out about dodgetalk.com, and the thread via the URL below detailing the DIY:

so, with the flashing lights resolved, my dad removed the new control unit, and re-installed the original control unit.
this unit retails for $576CDN. obviously, it has been opened, but, to be honest, it's basically brand new. make me an offer.
