Here is the throttle cam. It changes the ratio between pedal travel and actual acceleration to a 1:1 ratio. Hell of a big difference on the road, feels like i literally bolted on 5-10 horsepower. I highly recommend it.

I love the Porsche aluminum valve cover. Hope to powdercoat it red someday when i get the chance.

Just bought a new K&N airfilter to replace what i believe is the oem Mahle filter. A small noticable increase in throttle response, and a little more kick off the line. At 2500+ rpm you can hear the air getting sucked in...sorta like a really really small and quiet turbo. At 4000+ the engine sounds much deeper. I doubt however i really gained much HP from this. The stock 924S airbox is already a coldair intake setup, a snorkle takes in air from the drivers side fender. I have read alot about mass air cone filters, although they do let in much more air than a panel filter, the stock airbox already lets in more than enough air. The cone filters are also a problem because they suck in air from the engine compartment, AKA very hot air...which sort of defeats the purpose of coldair intake. I do however know it makes for a nice intake sound at acceleration. Any gains that i noticed are likley do to the fact the filter i had in originally wasnt really yellow anymore...more of a black.

Before you buy a Turbo, I suggest you try an 88 924S Club Sport with M030 suspension and 5 speed. That car is a lot lighter than a stock 924S and has 160 hp. It is simpler and cheaper to maintain than the Turbo. I am running 6" telephone dials in front and 7" ones in rear with 215/60 X 15 V-rated Yokohama ES100. The car is a blast, especially in turns.

I read that you're thinking about getting white guage faces...check out speedhut.com. You can customize your own dash. It's pretty sweet!!

I like the work you've done to it; looks like you give it TLC.
