Hi There, I too own a 83 Ltd, and I have a question. What is that light between the front bumper filler and the wheel well? Is it one of those lights that comes on when you turn on the signal? I am asking because my 83 didn't have one of these. Now (since an accident in 2005) the car has a front clip off an 85 (couldn't find an 83), and we are converting the car to a Grand National (not something available in 83). I do have a word to the wise about the vinyl top, keep a close eye on it, mine started puckering around the window, so after the accident, our body man said he was going to take the top off and have a look at what was under it, turned out to be a 2 and a half inch HOLE!!!! That is why the car doesn't have a vinyl top now (besides, it sort of takes away from the Grand National we are turning the car into). Come check out the work we have done to my Regal (Mama Said). The car earned that name after the car was stolen and stripped back in 2003, and I had to fight like crazy to keep it. I won, Mama Says the car stays, and what started out as a joke is now what I call the car. I have owned my Regal for nearly nine years now (three motors later) but the car's odemeter says the car has 113,000 original miles on it, not bad for a 24 year old car. Good Luck with yours. Carrie
