precisionprelude's 1992 Honda Prelude

Here's my Prelude...so, what do you think so far?

precisionprelude's 1992 Honda Prelude The mods list on the left side of the page didn't leave much room for all my mods so I'll try to list them as I go along. Here's a front shot. Ground Designs 2000 front bumper, Fiber Images Hood, and JDM plate all the way from Osaka, Japan!

precisionprelude's 1992 Honda Prelude Here's a side shot. Wings West RS sideskirts, 17" Konig Verdict rims wrapped in Yokohama Paradas. Lowered stance and agressive handling courtesy of Eibach Pro-Kit springs and Tokico Illumina 5 way adjustable shocks. To keep the tires from wearing out, Ingal's camber kits were installed.

precisionprelude's 1992 Honda Prelude And working our way around to the rear...we have a modified Ground Designs 2000 rear(left side exhaust outlet has been filled). Tinted tail lights, Hayame XT5 catback and the all important aluminum wing.

precisionprelude's 1992 Honda Prelude Here's the inside. This picture doesn't show them too well, but there's a set of Corbeau Targa adjustable race seats in there. I wrapped the interior panels in white vinyl and also made my shift boot out of white vinyl. A couple other interior pieces were sprayed white to match. Ichibahn shift knob, Nokya pedals and Sony head unit. Oh yeah, fire extinguisher, hope I never actually have to use it.

precisionprelude's 1992 Honda Prelude Here's a peek in my trunk. It's a custom false floor over a box built in the spare tire well. Two 12" Pioneer IMPP dual voice coil subs were dropped in and powered by a Rockford 300S amp.

precisionprelude's 1992 Honda Prelude Here's a close up of the the trunk. I dyed the panels of the trunk black and wrapped the false floor in white.

precisionprelude's 1992 Honda Prelude Here's a nice booty shot. I shaved the symbols and filled the line around the license plate.

precisionprelude's 1992 Honda Prelude I haven't done a lot performance wise. A Weapon R intake provides a little more air to the engine, and spent gases are expelled via the Hayame exhaust. I color matched the intake, valve cover, heat shield and a few other small things in silver. And there are also a handful of polished silver pieces under the hood including an OBX Strutbar.
