This was a car i'd always wanted, not the fastest ride around, but deffinatly one of the greatest (was in the top 20 british icons list).

So, i went and got one, my plans weren't crazy, i just wanted it to look good. The style i was after was a bit of a mix, a bit of copper, rally/race and some of my own thinking.

On the outside, the styling includes copper bonnet stripes, door squares, quick release bonnet pins and springs and wipac spot lights. This was the start of the copper/rally style looks.

Atfer this work being done, i wanted to change some stock parts, so i did, and i went for the chrome. I replaced the handle set, including the boot handle, front and rear bumpers, fuel cap, windscreen locking stripes and finally i had the front grill re-chromed.

Then i had a halogen light conversion put in, bmw halo style, with import japanese bulbs, i had the arches taken off for the old school original look and to match i had the steel rims blasted down and re-painted in silver. Subtle but stylish.
