History/Background
It was about 2 years ago when I really started looking seriosuly for a car. I knew my range and limitations and was dead set on a 02-03 WRX Sedan (where I live it is necessary to have AWD or 4WD in the winter). My parents were fine with it too! Until that is my dad saw the insurance quote for a WRX and a 17 year old driver, HA it was over 3 times what it is for my RS now. So needless to say, I had to start looking for somthing else. And thats when one day I found this RS listed locally on AutoTrader.com.
I (my father) bought this car for me about a year and a half ago from a local subaru mechanic. It was his personal car and he took expectional care of it. This is my first car and I am not some ricer punk who beats the hell out of it. I have never launched it and it hasnt seen redline except for maybe a handful of times. I wash it weekly myself and have a huge amount of respect for it. We bought it with 52,000 miles and and currently i have about 76,000 miles on it. It came already with the Wheels and Springs. The only mod I have done is the added the exhaust. However I hope to do much more in the upcoming monthes.
