This is a Porche 550 A6 Spyder Replica that my husband built in our garage. This car is fitted with a 3.2 liter Porsche flat six. The engine is 10.5 to 1 compression with twin-plugs and crank-fire ignition system fitted. It is shockingly fast!
The front suspension is double A-arm with adjustable coil-over shocks, 911 brakes and 911 steering. The rear suspension is a coil-over arrangement using a DeDion tube and 911 brakes. The wheels are Porsche Fuchs.
We have about 9000 miles on this car so far. It is such a kick in the pants to drive. The 911 engine gives it amazing power with excellent reliability.
