Working On Car

We started on the engine by pulling it apart and replacing the basics to get it running. we had both heads done, and replaced timing belt pulleys, water pump, timing belt, alternator and air con belts, fuel filter oil filter, plugs and leads. As we were doing this we also cleaned everything like sump, rings, pistons, cams, etc and painted some parts too.
Here's were things got interesting, we had everything clean and fixed and were almost done, we were fitting the timing belt had it all lined up and tight and started the car, however we forgot to fit the lower pulley and the timing belt slipped off and being an Interference engineas the result was all the values in the back head were bent, no compression at all.
As you can imagine we were not happy about having to do it again and needed a break from working on the car. So we decided to install a Japanese import engine and work on the other engine on a stand in the garage.
The Japanese engine was fully reconditioned and is very clean and puts out smooth power, we also installed a heavy duty exidy performance clutch, 3? Custom cold air intake with K&N high flow air filter, 2.5? Straight through exhaust with straight through muffler twin 2.5? outlets.
