i bought the car on friday the 13th....right before holloween...it was my first mustang. i didnt really know if i was going to like it or not...but...it didnt take a week before i was in love. when i bought the car it had the stock cobra front bumper xenon sideskirts and a xenon rear...along with a saleen doublestack(first thing i took off)haha. motor work was short an sweet trickflow intake, msd ignition, granatelli mass air meter, cai, hooker headers, bbk hpipe, and flowmaster

soon after i bought the car i started falling for the exterior work (ricer days) i loved the cobra R frontcobrabretts 1995 Ford Mustang bumper my carbon fiber cowl hood (which i still love :)) cobrabretts 1995 Ford Mustang

and finally got a spoiler (which again still in love with) cobrabretts 1995 Ford Mustang

it didnt take long thou til i lost my first race...it didnt settle well...my brain started focusing on power....kennebells and garret turbos and huge displacement motors started filling my head....then one day my trans went out....i knew i wanted something alot faster an if the trans wouldnt hold up on a stock motor i figured i had the chance to make a improvment...c4 was in my hands before i knew it...4000 stall converter hays custom made flywheel and a reverse manual valvebody was installed along with it being solidly built for a 800 hp machine atleastcobrabretts 1995 Ford Mustang

weeks past an i found a single turbo kit on ebay...i bidded 500 bucks. figuring hey its got a 60mm garret full exhaust hks blowoff valve hks wastegate somebodys gona bid more than me anyway...a week passed an somehow...someway it was my lucky day i got the whole kit...the car was parked an the tear down began exhaust came out new turbo headers went in cobrabretts 1995 Ford Mustang cobrabretts 1995 Ford Mustang

ran into a few problems with the turbo kit. little things thou like the oil filter hit the exhaust crossover. easy fix just got a oil filter relocation kit an also had to remove the ac,an trim the smogpump bracket ever so much but it was in

wow dude you are the first persons who's story I read from first page to last. Great job you got balls doing the conversion. So right now your car is primered ready to paint or u already painting it? I knew few guys that did a civic front end on del slows but never on a stang thats cool. How much power are you planning to make with the current setup? How much boost?
