this is my 1984 cs rampage, right now its kinda undergoing a resto, i had ta get another cs rampage for the front end and some other parts but in the end it should look pretty nice.
the motor is from a 85 daytona turbo z with the t1 setup and a mopar performance comp, later on i will intall a t2 engine with a 88 2.2 block with the 11mm head bolts instead of 10mm for better clamping force, that is if i can ever find a 2.2 t2 engine. the transmission is a a525 shelby glh manual too! friggin rock solid tranny beast with the square cut teeth instead of round.
at first i wanted to polish the valve cover but the aluminum had too many impurities, but this turned out pretty good.
engine rebuild consisted of new head, reworked crank, clevite 77 mains and rod bearings, felpro rebuild gasket kit (later moving to a mopar headgasket) water pump, timing belt, eventually i will be getting a comp cam later when my wallet lets me.
i also rebuilt and conditioned the turbo with new bearings from gpops shop, lol funny name. i also painted it with 1200 degree ceramic paint for when it gets HOT.
