So far I havent done much to the Sterling. Double barrel stainless exhaust, cold air intake, ractive plugwires, Rover 600 grill with stainless mesh, 97 accord 5 spoke wheels, and replaced blank valve cover with the one from a legend that says Honda. I have some projector headlights from an infiniti j 30 that Im gona install pretty soon and do a 2 tone silver on grey paint job. These are old pics from when I bought it on ebay.
