Well here is another update on the status of the intercooler. It runs fine with the intercooler on. Just have to finish up on the radiator and pump.

More to follow and i have the water to air intercooler and that will be installed after engine is in car.
Hi, Car is parked for the Winter time so for the time being im driving a 1997 Fiat Brava. LOL
But over the winter time there will be an engine rebuild for the BMW and to include a water to air intercooler installed after the rebuild.
A 1994 540I BMW 411 HP and 400 TQ.
I always loved the E34 Style so when i found this 540I I had to have it.
I really didn't do to much to it beside suspension, tire and audio.
Then i found out that it could be supercharged and well i got a ESS Supercharger.
Then came the custom paint job.
Then I had them put in a 6 Speed M5 transmission to get me down the road.

Finally got around to doing my valve covers today 22 Aug 10. Just did one side first then tomorrow ill finish the other side. Hope you like.

And while i was at it I finally took a pic of the 6 speed shifter. Will be getting a new boot and knob.
I thought i would do some engine bay clean up.

Cleaned engine cover, valve covers and so ill be painting the vavle covers to match the car.

I have tinted windows all the way around besides the front and i have put in leather seats which ill post pictures later.
