Background:

This Monte Carlo was purchased by the original owner on 11/10/01 from Bill Stasek Chevrolet in Wheeling, IL (Chicago suburb). I am the second owner, and I purchased it from a local dealer on 7/11/06. It had 23,500 miles at the time. The previous owner had taken very good care of the car keeping it in excellent condition. I replaced the factory 16� wheels & tires shortly after buying the car as I felt they were too small and too dull for the car�s overall appearance. The upgraded wheels and tires have greatly increased the handling abilities of the car. This car is otherwise stock, receiving only basic maintenance under my ownership.

This is the second L36 V6 motored car that I have owned. The Series II V6 is a very reliable, smooth engine that delivers decent power and MPG for its size. This car offers an excellent blend of comfort/luxury and sport, providing a well balanced driving experience. Acceleration is decent around town and highway cruising is very smooth even with the Z-rated 17� tires.

Under my ownership, the car has not been driven in winter. It's a spring/summer/fall driver only.
