This little Uno has been in our family since new. It was bought for my mom in May 1996, but spent most of it's time parked in our garage when mom got a company car the next year. The odo barely showed 15000km when it became mine in 2000.
Eventually I started thinking about getting another car, but I couldn't bare selling the Uno, so I swapped it for my brother's Jetta, sold the Jetta and bought a very rare (in South Africa) imported Audi Coupe
The Uno is still going strong with my brother behind the wheel and has now clocked up about 160000km.
The first thing I did was get a sunroof
Soon to be followed by tinted windows
And much later came the 14" Dotz Cora Mags with 185/50/14 Yokohama rubber. I later removed the "Fire" decals on the sides.
The morning after a very cold (for South Africa) winter night.
In case you're wondering, the Uno only stood outside because we had visitors whose car had to get preferencial treatment.
