the belly of the beast
heres the interior. i picked up a few sets of urbanglo neon lights for my car. theyre the double six neons. i put some under the dash, in the back seat, along side the dash and i got neon plate frames under the seats. i found out neon frames are illegal, so i took the one off my mom windstar and dug up another in my basement and hooked them up to a urbanglo neon power pack that had broken tubes a girl gave me in autoshop class.

here all its features
-power windows,
-power locks,
-power heated seats,
-power heated mirrors,
-heated steering wheel,
-a/c,
-cd,
-roof console with map lights,
-floor console,
-back seat reading lights,
-uv suto-sensing rear view mirror,
-amplified deluxe sound system
-cruise control
-climate control
-tilt steering

its pretty much fully loaded, it doesnt have sunroof or corner lights.(clear lights at the bottom of the car in front of the front wheel, my 88 has them)

here you can see a rough over view of the front, yes, its dirty, mainly snowy, but i really dont care, im cleaning it out tonight

heres that neat elwire trim, itslit up, but its too bright ouside and night pics always end up too dark. ill try to snag more pics in the evening

the backseat has a set of neons aswell. ignore the mess, my school books are there, my apprenticeship book and papers and a jack.

this is a pic of under the passenger seat, you can see the neon plate frame, one of the many added speaker with a window scraper on it. the black wire was mood lights i had rigged in on a dimmer, i took them out though

march 17,
i just added a "tailgaters nightmare light" its a 75 watt halogen flood/driving light in my back window. any tailgaters will get a nice blast of this and most likely kick back. its also wired into my reverse lights. i also lost my cool when i was bolting in the light and gave a nice slam kick to the back of my car and broke the taillight.

You should use 10 gauge wire for 30 and 87, 16 gauge is plenty for 85 and 86.

I'd look into why the fan isn't coming on in the first place, it should be an easy fix. I've seen the relay burn out before, it's in the little black box in front of the driver's side strut. It could also be the temp sensor... there are two... the small one for the temp gauge has one wire, it's in the passenger side end of the front cylinder head. The one you should be looking at has two wires. It's by the thermostat housing. The engine computer uses this one to adjust fuel mixture, and activate the cooling fan. You'll need to unbolt the coil pack to get at it, but you can see it without taking anything off.

Hey, if you haven't gotten information on how to wire in a relay here: Go ahead and get a 30A automotive relay from a electrical store or your local auto parts store. Pin 30 would be going to the + source Pin 85 should be going to the switch Pin 87 should be going to the fan Pin 86 should be going to ground - Try to use 12-14 gauge wiring for all this. Tell me how it works out. This should work for your radiator fan.
