Hey everyone, This is my 1989 Toyota Celica.
This project started four years ago and is still a work in progress. I purchased it for $1000 then put in another $500 for a rebuilt engine with less than 50,000 miles. The original color was a dark blue. My father and I recently painted it a gm white with flakes. Paint cost $150. Overall not a bad little ride for $1650.
Only real modifications are exterior. The car is an st; I added the hood scoops from an old datsun. I also added the factory wing from a junkyard celica.Here are some before it was painted.

I'll add more pics later. Any suggestions on a good stereo system would be appreciated. I have the original tape deck from this model and can only hear my old beastie boys on it, time to upgrade. Thanks for checking out my ride! Post something.
