Been Awhile since I logged in, Ive done more mods, but I can't post all of them right now, busy. But here's one I did yesterday.
5-14-2008
I made a custom coolant overflow bottle. I made it from out of a very nice aluminum sport water bottle ($10.) and a brass hose adapter($1.69) and a O-ring and a big SS hose clamp, like the ones used of intake filters.I Removed old bottle and tossed under the porch with all the other Nissan parts, then mounted the new on the passenger side firewall, as you will see in the pictures. I works great and looks good, but I will probably paint it gunmetal gray when I get more paint.

Had a new windshield installed, flying rock got me, the new one piece trim looks great, plus it fixed an air leak by my driver side defroster, that would whistle, nice and quiet now.
12-5-07
Installed F/R massive Godspeed Sway Bars, they give the car a much flatter, stiffer ride in the corners, hint of 3 wheeling when attacking it hard, and limited grip with my open diff when that happens, I think once I get a vlsd diff it will be a different story.
11-19-2007
I just finished the dual electric Maxima fans project. Took a little modding to get them in there, they fit great and really move the air, the four relays work like a charm, not taxing all my volts from the headlights, along with the adjustable thermo switch that controls fan 1 speed 1 automatic. This mod freed a few pony's, I can feel the difference.

Painted my valve cover gunmetal gray to match the intake and brake booster, Also installed a set of clear diamond clear headlights w/ H4 bulbs, much brighter beams and only are $25.00 on ebay.
10-9-2007
Got my new brake master cylinder installed this morning, brakes work great, yesterday I took my brake booster off the car and painted it a gunmetal gray and coated it with a chemical resistant high temp clear. Looks much better than the oem flat black. I also bled out all the old dot3 out of the brakes and clutch and replaced with fresh fluid.
10-8-2007
I got my new catback installed, sound and feels alot better than the old DTM setup. Shitty thing is my brake master cylinder failed last night, now I have no brakes. fuk
It just rained last night, so it's dirty 3" Catback

The "General Li" 240sx is what I'm calling it these days,.
I had my buddy Nate cut the "General Li" kit for me on his sticker plotter today and installed in a few minute.

Today I replaced all the vacuum lines on the engine with new one's, It's seems to idle smother now, I also replaced the fuel injector O-rings and clean the injector tunnels in the head. I added a dual gauge pillar, I plan on putting an oil pressure & volt gauge for now.
9-24-2007
I'm now running Redline MT-90 full synthetic gear oil in my 5spd, Royal Purple synthetic GL-5 in my Diff. And I just ordered a new N1 evo 3" CatBack exhaust.

New project: Dual electric fan from a 3rd gen Maxima, that have 3 speeds on each fan. I'm doing all the wiring on this, I gutted a poop 84 Camaro for most of the wires, w/tons of 8ga-10ga wire + some big 4ga amp kit wires & big 60amp fuse block for the main power, all wire will be soldered and heat shrink, long wires will be wrapped. I'm using 4 30amp relays fused & 4 stubby switches + an Adjustable 150*-240* temp thermostat switch for all my controls needs. The adjustable thermo switch is going to have a custom made real carbon fiber cover.

Finished all repairs, paint and installed, looks B.A.(Badass).

I just got a 89 180sx style front lip from a local junk yard for $15.00, what a score, I got the piece in repair mode right now, and should be painted and done next week, should be 2-3" drop in front, well I’m happy.
Rear Suspension Upgrades: New KYB GR-2 struts, New Adjustable upper Control Arms, and new Toe Arms 4 good Suspension geometry.
This is my 1989 Nissan 240sx S13 Coupe, is one of the early models made before Feb/1989, that came with a 9.0:1 compression ratio, reputed to run 150-155bhp, after Feb/1989 they used 8.6:1 ratio's making 145bhp. My 240sx is a light base model (no a/c, no power options or cruise) 5spd, ka24e. It has a Random air intake for a ka24de, 2.5" cat back, high flow cat, dual tip stainless 4" muffler, all the emissions crap has been removed.
I ran an OBX Header for about 24 hours, it fit like crap, pipe where thin and noisey. So I tore the buzzing heat shields of the stock manifold, replaced the exhaust studs with new ones from 300zxTT, and reinstalled the stocky. I sold the header on ebay for more $$ than I bought it for, HA HA.
