YEAH MY AEROSTAR WENT FROM A 3.0 V6 TO 4.6 V8 WITH LOTS OF CUTTING AND HELLS OF WIRES THEY ALL HAD TO BE CHANGED BUT LUCKILY EVERYTHING WAS STILL GOOD IN THE DONOR VEHICLE

my dad had an aerostar kind of like yours accept his was a 1987 model and a 3 litre V6 engine.

I don't believe there's a 4.6 in it. More pics please. I'd love to see how you plan to do simple things like change the plugs!
