This is where it all started. This is before the sand blaster. And like an idiot I didnt take any pics before I stripped it to the frame. Originally a 4 banger with a five speed!!

Here is the mock up of the first engine, it was a 355. I bought it used and didnt get what I paid for. I got screwed by a friend of a friend. Cam was shot when I got it, didnt know that of course. Then half way through season a rod bolt broke on the summit rods. That were supposed to be h- beams. Oh well I got to upgrade because of that. Best E.T. with 355 was around a 11.60

This is the new ford 9 inch rear 4.10 gears full spool and 31 spline moser axles. This is soon to be upgraded too.

After coming back for chassis builder for the Chrome Moly cage. And mocking up shifter location

Just another pic of the cage. And what a pain it was to paint that.

355 in and getting ready to fire. Also top pic of the 750 barry grant carb, that was junk. BG fuel sux, but thats a long story

Another 355 pic good pic of hedman fenderwell headers, and MSD box.

Other side of engine. And some loose wires, I didnt want to cut them off flush, untill she ran and moved. Also shows my NON rag joint steering shaft

She runs and moves now, and I am waiting on the new doors. I was going for the jeep look. Nothing like 100+ mph with no doors

Three shades of primer is the only way to go. I needed some contrast!!

Maiden voyage in Ohio, Norwalk Raceway to be exact. Notice the snowmobile jacket and stocking hat.

Side view of new door. I had to sticker it up to make if look racey.

Back from the body shop, and no engine in it right now. Getting ready to put the 630+hp 406 in it.

Front view. Now has new style grill and front bumper. Getting clear lights for the front, and possibly GMC grill??

Now you can see that the silver stripe fades into a flame on the bed side. That flame is that color changing paint. Harlequin they call it. It colors are pink, purple, blue, greenish, and anything in between.

I have decided to add another seat and harness for this year, some carpet too. It makes is appear more streetable. You can also see the bolts holding the rear margard window in.

You can see I have decided to move all ignition parts inside the cab now. Also you can see my guage/switch cluster

Shazam there she is. But I have since added even more so I will have to post those pics. This is a weekend points race at NRP. so far best E.T. is 10.47 at 127.5 MPH and best 60ft time is 1.43. With the new parts going on this winter I am hoping for 10.30's next year all on a 10.5 slick with slapper bars

This is a pic of my buddies truck. He bought his like this best ET on this one is 11.42. He is still running the stock 7 5/8 rear. He has since upgraded his 406 and should go 11.00-11.20 but he is afraid to run it untill he upgrades the rear.
