This is my Land Shark - the 72 Buick Riviera.

Kanadian's 1972 Buick Riviera

I don't think there has ever been a more evil looking beast on the road. Christine has nothing over this monster. My Riv has been lowered, not on purpose mind you, but because the springs are pretty shot. This car is impossible to park in what they now use as spots in parking garages.

Kanadian's 1972 Buick Riviera

The car is motivated by a big block buick 455 motor that puts the power down to the rear fifteen inch wheels riding on the buick rallies. This stump pulling motor can really make this 4500lb bomb go. I have fun showing those rice rocket racers the back end of my car after blowing their doors off at the light. They tend to back off at the next light. Maybe they are still choking on the tire smoke that I left behind.

The best part is that I bought this beast for $800, which is cheaper than those stupid wings that those rice racers put on the back of their front wheel drive cars. What is up with that?

Glen; Your Riv looks great in Red. I agree with you about the motivation this hugh car demonstrates. Flooring it on the expressway when your doing 55 is like launching into space. You can leave the SHO's and SL's in the dust.

$800 bucks - good deal Eh! It just cost me more than that to get my 71 up here. Enjoy it but don't burn it out their hard to find. Rob
