I had been sitting on this awesome JCR light bar for almost a year since I got it for Christmas when I finally stumbled on some decent cheap lights I found eBay. So then I deceided to do the project. I do plan on upgrading the H3 bulbs with 8000k HID's to match my headlights and give me that intensity I want. I will update this page once I do that. I got the bar for $110 and lights for $60, so thats not a bad price for a cool looking set up.

Above: Step one was to clean the metal with paint thinner then paint it satin black

Above: (Left) The lights in the box with Jeep grills and harware. (Right) the spot on the roof where the bar will sit

Above: To start the install we needed to drill 4 small holes near the light tabs then fish the wire through

Above: Once we ran the 4 sets of wire we soldered it all together and taped it up

Above: Wiring all complete, we made sure to leave enough for cutting on both ends

Above: Next we had to decide where to drill a hole in the roof to snake the wire into the body. We lifed the roof rack and drilled just infron of the the most forward bolt hole

Above: We fed the wire through the hole into the roof

Above: Next we needed to trim some plastic from the grill guards. We needed to trim because the guards needed to be mounted upside down since the lights hung upside down on the light bar

Above: We mounted the lights and set the rack on top of the Jeep to allign

Above: We created a plug will some wire slack to allow for easy adjustment and removal of the light bar

Above: Once we had the lights operating we aimed them and tightened it all down
