When we got the car someone had cut all the motor mounts off and there were no bolt holes in the frame. So we fabricated some metal plates and welded flanged nuts on them where they needed to be, then drilled holes in the frame for the nuts to stick through and welded them to the plates. In order to mount the plates we removed the lower control arms and put the plates on the under side of the frame through where the control arms bolt in and welded them in.
